LATE PAYMENT FEE

• If your Membership Fee remains overdue for more than 28 days: $120 + GST
• If your Membership Fee remains overdue for more than 56 days: $240 + GST

PRINTING FEE
Memberships include a printing allocation outlined in Schedule A of your contract. Outside of the allocation, charges apply:

• $0.05 per A4 black and white page
• $0.25 per A4 colour page
• $0.10 per A3 black and white page
• $0.50 per A3 colour page

MEETING ROOM CREDIT FEE
Memberships include a Meeting Room Credit allocation outlined in Schedule B of your contract. Outside of the allocation, charges apply: $20 + GST per 4 credits

PHOTOGRAPHY STUDIO FEE
$300 + GST per day

DAY PASS BOOKING FEE
$50 + GST per booking

MINIMUM NOTICE PERIOD (Workspace agreements)

• Month-to-month memberships: 30 days
• Memberships 10 months or less: 60 days
• Memberships greater than 10 months: 90 days

VIRTUAL OFFICE FEES

• $4 per letter above mail volume inclusion
• $10 per package above mail volume inclusion
• $0.40 per page scanned to email
• Mail or package forwarding to home address: forwarding cost + 40% + GST
• $15 per day holding fee for packages after 2 business days (can hold for up to 2 weeks before we RTS)
• $1 per call above call volume inclusion
• Messages sent via email or SMS: 60c + GST/message
• 1300/1800 number: $35pm + $100 + GST one-off fee (min. 12 month contract)
• $1.10 per call if member wants callers' email address included in phone messages
• Extra charge for extensive company knowledge needed (Phone answering)- this is determined case by case and needs to be confirmed with APSO
• Porting existing number over $90 + GST one-off fee
